A crash log describes how an app terminated, and also contains the complete back trace of each thread, which shows the code running at the time of the crash.
The followings are the steps to gather the crash log on iOS devices:
1. From the main menu, click Settings and go to Privacy.
2. Go to Analytics & Improvements, then Analytics Data.
3. Look for files begin with "Visual Support" with correct date stamp of when the issue approximately occurs.
4. Provide the file to SightCall Support for review.
