The followings are step-by-step instructions to get the logs from the Visual Support app or any branded app:
1. On your iPhone or iPad, open "Settings", scroll down through your list of apps and select "Visual Support"
2. Select "Debug Mode"
3. Reproduce the issue
4. Go to the Visual Support App, you will now see a new "Send Log" text/button in the App:
4. Click on "Send Log" to open up the iOS Share Screen, from which you will be able to send the logs using email or other app. Attach the log to your Support Request.
