The "Insufficient Privileges - You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors" error usually occurs when a Salesforce Administrator attempts to impersonate (Log In As) one of the Salesforce user account that doesn't have SightCall Agent permission set.
To fix this issue, please apply the following steps:
- Within Salesforce, login as Salesforce Admin
- Assign SightCall Agent permission set to the Salesforce user in question.
- Within Salesforce, logout as Salesforce Admin and directly login (DON'T USE LOG IN AS) as Salesforce user in question.
- Click the SightCall widget and select "Allow" when prompted
