A new agent tries to open SightCall widget in Salesforce and the authentication may ends up with a new browser tab with the above error screen.
This is due to a change in Salesforce around September 2025:

Due to the above change, the 'SightCall Digital Flow' is considered an 'uninstalled connected app' by Salesforce, for the users in certain Salesforce setup - typically non-admins.
To fix this:
Go to Salesforce > Setup (as Salesforce admin)
Go to Apps > Connected Apps > Connected Apps OAuth Usage
Observe the entry for 'SightCall Digital Flows' and click 'Install' (this will prompt you to authorize/confirm)
When the user tries again, the user will now be prompted an extra authorization but after accepting it, the authentication will complete successfully and the user can use SightCall widget.
