Notifications
Notifications provide ways to customize messages and invitations sent by the SightCall service. In the Body of most of these notifications, you can select whether the guest or attendee is sent an invitation that includes a reference, URL, or QR code (email only).
- SMS Notifications: determines the From and the Body of the Guest invitation sent via SMS.
- Email Notifications: determines the From and the Body of the Guest invitation sent via Email.
- SMS Appointments: Determines the From and Body of SMS invitations sent using the appointment service
- Email Appointments: Determines the From and Body of email invitations sent using the appointment service
- SMS Conference Internal: Used with Multiparty to determine the From and the Body of the invitation sent via SMS to internal parties.
- Email Conference Internal: Used with Multiparty to determine the From and the Body of the invitation sent via Email to internal parties.
- SMS Conference External: Determines the From and the Body of Attendee invitation sent via SMS in Multiparty call.
- Email Conference External: Determines the From and the Body of Attendee invitation sent via Email in Multiparty call.
- SMS WebRTC test page: Determines the From and the Body of an SMS invitation sent to a guest or attendee to test their WebRTC connection prior to a session.
- Email WEbRTC test page: Determines the From and the Body of an email invitation sent to a guest or attendee to test their WebRTC connection prior to a session.
