Call Startup Setup
- Host Startup
- User sends his video: determines if the Agent will automatically turn on the video once connected to the call.
- Video profile: determines if the Agent will show low or high video quality.
- User microphone: determines if the Agent will automatically turn on mic once connected to the call.
- User live pointer: determines if live pointer icon will show on Guest screen when Agent put the mouse over / tap on Agent screen.
- Recording autostart: determines if the recording will automatically start once connected to the call.
- Video window size: determines the Agent's video window size once connected to the call.
- Guest User Startup
- Guest sends his video: determines if the Guest will automatically turn on the video once connected to the call.
- Video profile: determines if the Guest will show low or high video quality
- If Guest is using a mobile: determines which camera will be on if Guest uses mobile devices.
- Guest microphone: determines if the Guest will automatically turn on the mic once connected to the call.
- Guest live pointer: determines if live pointer icon will show on Agent screen when the Guest puts the mouse over / taps on the screen.
- Video window size: determines the Guest's video window size once connected to the call.
- Attendee Startup
- User sends his video: Determines if the Attendee will automatically turn on video once connected to the call.
- User microphone: Determines if the Attendee will automatically turn on mic once connected to the call.
- Video window size: Determines the Attendee's video window size once connected to the call.
