During a live session, agents can use visual collaboration and remote-control tools to collect information and work with the guest. Available tools depend on tenant and Session Scenario configuration.
Control supported guest devices
Console V3 introduced permission-aware, device-aware controls for guest camera and microphone, front/rear camera switching, flashlight, and camera zoom. Guest OS, network quality, and battery information can also be shown when the guest platform exposes those signals.
Capture notes and visual information
Notes, GPS requests, Moments, Instant Pictures, OCR, and code scans are recorded as activities in the session activity panel. OCR creates an activity containing extracted text and the source image. Code Scanner supports QR codes, barcodes, and Datamatrix and records the decoded value with a snapshot.
Work with images from the guest device gallery
Agents can request images from the guest's device gallery/file system and, on supported devices, camera. Shared images behave like Moments: both participants can see them, annotate them, and retain them as session activities.
Use location information
If GPS is unavailable or refused, Activities displays Position is not available or was refused.
