Snap lets guests capture and submit visual evidence asynchronously, either as part of a session that may later include a live call or as a Snap-only workflow.
How Snap evolved
The initial Snap workflow supported pre-call photo collection. Current workflows support Session Scenario-level control, photo and video capture, Snap-only sessions, and integration with Activities and Meeting Reports.
Snap-only sessions
A Snap-only invitation lets the guest submit photos or videos without joining a live call. The link is valid for 12 hours.
Photos, videos, and location
Depending on configuration, guests can capture photos, short videos, or both. Video uploads support clips up to two minutes with audio. Optional automatic geolocation can attach coordinates to captured activities.
New content and upload recovery
The Console can indicate newly received asynchronous Snap content. Guests can preview successfully uploaded activities, and failed photo uploads provide a retry path.
Review and submit Snap results
Snap activities appear in Console V3. Agents can review and submit activities even when no video call occurred, and Snap content is included in the existing Meeting Report.
