Manage tenant background images
Virtual Background management is available directly under Setup. Administrators can manage the available background images, including activation and ordering. Three default background photos are provided, and additional images can be added.
Enforce a background for a Session Scenario
Administrators can enforce a selected Virtual Background for an individual session workflow. An enforced background overrides the agent's personal selection for sessions created with that configuration.
Agent behavior
If no background is enforced, agents can choose None, Blur, or an available Photo from Console settings or during the session.
