Configure current Snap behavior through Session Scenarios, the global replacement name for Call Routing.
Enable Snap for the intended workflow
Snap began with tenant-level enablement and later added workflow-level controls. Current documentation should use Session Scenarios for use-case-specific configuration rather than preserving the early tenant-only model.
Choose the Snap workflow
Configure whether the scenario supports Snap-only or the applicable Snap-with-Call workflow.
Choose permitted media
Administrators can allow Photos, Videos, or both. At least one must be enabled.
Guest Themes
Guest Themes can control branding and page-specific wording for Snap guest pages.
Optional geolocation and media endpoints
Automatic geolocation can request guest GPS permission during supported Snap capture. Administrators can also configure media endpoints for automated submission workflows where applicable.
