Use Activities and Meeting Reports to review what happened during a session, refine captured information, and submit or report the results.
Review Activities after a session
The post-session experience uses an activity-first layout with previews, filters, selection controls, and list/grid views. Session Details also provides an Activities tab for past, ongoing, and disconnected sessions.
Edit or remove activities
Where supported, open an activity to edit fields such as title, notes, and metadata. Changes can be saved or cancelled, and an activity can be deleted before downstream submission.
Submit activities and reports
Selected activities can be submitted to media endpoints (configured in Admin Portal by your organization’s SightCall admin). Vision console PDF reports use the redesigned report format and can be configured in supported languages. Snap workflows can submit/report activities even when no video call took place.
Review Snap activity
Snap-only and Snap-with-Call activity is included in the existing Meeting Report rather than creating a separate Snap report.
Post-session survey and support
The refreshed survey collects ratings and optional feedback. For lower ratings it can collect issue categories and additional detail; where configured, the support workflow can automatically open a support request with diagnostic context.
