Use Vision Console V3 to create a session from an available Session Scenario, choose the appropriate session workflow, and manage the session through completion.
Choose a Session Scenario
The Console presents one card for each active Session Scenario assigned to the agent.
Create an Instant Session
Instant Sessions use a simplified form for phone, email, and reference information and use a fixed 12-hour duration.
Create a Snap-only session
A Snap-only guest can submit photos or videos without joining a live call. The guest link is valid for 12 hours.
Close a session
Closing an active session immediately invalidates its guest link. Closing is irreversible but does not delete session history; the session remains under Past Sessions.
Expired, closed, or invalid links
Guests see a dedicated link-expired page rather than a generic 404.
