Session connection options
Once connected to the console (console.sightcall.com), the Agent can invite a guest to a session by sending an email, generating a URL, or sending a SMS with a unique URL. This URL contains a 6-digit identifier that allows the established call to launch with a simple click. Unless otherwise specified, the six-digit code is valid for one call. The Guest will not be able to call the Agent again using the same link once the call is finished.
Inviting a guest to a session
To begin the call, select the button to send the code to the Guest with the following details:
- Call scenario: If only one scenario is selected, leave this option to default.
- Notification type: Email, SMS, or URL
- Email (Email or URL) or phone number (SMS) of the Guest
For notification types Email or SMS, select Send SMS or Send email.
If you select Notification > URL, then select Generate URL and then send that URL to the guest to invite them to the session.
Once the guest receives the SMS, email, or URL, they can start the session by clicking on the link.
