Live Chat -> Guided Demo
VISION now supports seamless pre-call and in-call messaging, improving real-time troubleshooting and communication. Live Chat is configurable via flow configurator and must be activated at the customer level. Contact your CSM to enable Live Chat in VISION.

Local Photo Download -> Guided Demo
Agents can now select and save captured images during live support sessions, storing them on a dedicated media endpoint or locally. Admin can customize the naming structures of saved images from visual support interactions. Contact your CSM for activation.
Multiparty Video: Guest Role Transfer -> Guided Demo
Agents can now schedule multiparty meetings and invite up to six participants by sharing a meeting link. During a call, agents (hosts) can dynamically switch guest roles.
- Switching an attendee to a guest transfers guest-level admin configurations to the multiparty attendee.
- To prevent video feed switching between guests and attendees, an admin must configure this setting before the call begins. Contact Your CSM for activation and set-up
🚨 Important Limitation:
- You will not see all the Attendee video feeds during a multiparty call when Guests and additional Attendees are using WebRTC meeting links.This limitation will prevent more than two video feeds at the same time during a live web call.
- For situations needing a Multiparty call with multiple video feeds showing at the same time-- Agents and Guest must be configured on the Visual Support Mobile App or Desktop Console Plugin. This configuration would enable 6 participants on a multiparty call with live-video feeds. Contact your CSM for Activation.
Real-Time Voice-to-Text Translations -> Guided Demo
Agents and guests now benefit from natural, real-time multilingual translations in over 100 languages during remote visual support sessions.
Agent Language Settings
- The spoken language is pre-configured in the Admin settings. Contact your CSM for activation.
- Example: The agent’s chosen language determines the translated text displayed to the guest.
Guest Language Settings
- Translation is based on the guest’s browser language settings.
- Example: If a guest's browser is set to Spanish, and the agent speaks English, real-time translations will convert the agent's spoken English into Spanish text on the guest’s screen.
🚨 Important Limitation:
- Language settings cannot be changed mid-call. Guests or agents must adjust their browser or admin-configured language settings before starting a call.
- If a guest or agent is speaking a different language than their configured setting, translations will not work as expected.
Hide Notes Activity in Agent Console
The Activity Notes field can now be hidden for all VISION activities (OCR, Snapshot, Scan, etc.), providing agents with a cleaner, more streamlined console.
To enable this feature, Contact your CSM to activate Hide Notes Activity.
Login Optimization
Agents now experience faster login times and a simplified password reset process for improved accessibility and security. Contact your CSM to activate Login Optimization.
Existing Feature Improvments
Improved AR Smart Measure
For desktop agents and iOS users, AR measurement accuracy has been improved, ensuring more reliable documentation of measurements during live support. With the improved AR Smart measure, your device will better maintain tracking of the 3D space, making it easier to place a point and take a measurement on a vertical plane.
Improved Image Editing
Faster, more intuitive image editing toolkit for annotating collected photos during live calls. The improved image editor can be leveraged in-call and post-call. This improvement does not need activation and ships with the release.
Upload Pictures to Media Endpoint
Your visual assistance workflow in VISION has better integrated visual data collection with simple media endpoint configuration. Agents can select, apply some actions, and save photos to a dedicated media endpoint. When content is downloaded from a call between a guest and an agent, the agent will find the documents in the dedicated media folder. Contact your CSM for configuration and activation.
Code Scanner Enhancement
Agents and Guests now have a consistent and standardized barcode and QR scanning experience on mobile, desktop, and self-service flows-- ensuring accurate scanner data collection experience is consistent between all SightCall platforms.
Screen Share Enhancement
For guest joining through Android App, the picture-in-picture has been resized to no longer prevents guests from seeing the content shared with them by the agent.
Additionally, during a call from an agent to a guest using a mobile SDK app, the guest can now screen share the mobile app without the video feed interfering. With this new feature, the agent can guide the mobile guest through navigation of the mobile SDK app functionality.
Refined Android Consent Screen
Clear, more user-friendly experience for guest consent on Android. When opening the app for the first time, a guest will see a consent screen with simple UI design, making it easier to review the information shared by SightCall for user consent.
