What Message Templates control
Templates support localized invitation content across supported channels including SMS, email, and WhatsApp. The invitation system also supports the professional HTML email template and, where configured, personalized invitation fields and custom-domain links.
HTML email invitations
The responsive HTML template is available in multiple supported languages and can be customized from the Admin Portal Message Templates area. Existing templates are not automatically replaced simply because a newer default exists.
Customizable invitations
Supported templates can use guest name and honorific information when personalized invitations are enabled. The Console exposes the corresponding fields only when the template configuration requires them.
Date and time attributes
The current model uses Session Start Date, Session End Date, Created Date, and Current Date, with formatting applied to the attribute.
