The last step to enabling SightCall for Microsoft Dynamics is to register your SightCall package on SightCall's Integration Portal. In the previous steps in this process, you have collected the information needed to register the SightCall package.
In this procedure, you will complete the registration process. Once this step is finished, the SightCall widget in Microsoft Dynamics will be activated.
Integration set up steps
This integration has to be configured and integrated before agents can access SightCall features from within Microsoft Dynamics. The current step is bolded.
- Install or upgrade the SightCall widget
- Add the SightCall widget to the entity layout
- Locate your Microsoft Dynamics domain name and region
- Locate the unique name
- Locate client secret and client ID in an Azure app
- Locate your SightCall API key
- (Current) Register your SightCall for Microsoft package
Required information
To register the app with SightCall, you need the domain and region, instance unique name, the application ID, and Directory ID. You collected this information in previous steps.

Register the package
To register and enable the SightCall for Microsoft package:
- Open the SightCall Admin Portal https://admin.sightcall.com/ and click on Integrations
- Select + Integrations
- Select Microsoft
- Enter the Microsoft Tenant Id (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/find-your-office-365-tenant-id)
- Enter the Dynamics Domain
- Enter the Dynamics Region
- Enter the Instance Unique Name.
- Enter the Dynamics Client ID (Application ID).
- Enter the Dynamics Client Secret.
- Select Save.
