If you are in a Multiparty call and you are experiencing an issue where one or some of the participant 's video appear with Triangle Exclamation mark as shown in screenshot above, then it is an indication that you are entering a degraded mode video service on SightCall server. This typically can happen if your network bandwidth is not high enough to display all participant's videos successfully in the Multiparty call. This issue is intermittent in nature and it can potentially happen if multiple Multiparty participants are using the same Wifi / VPN network to connect to Multiparty call and there's not enough bandwidth available for all participants at the time of the issue.
Addressing this issue will require your IT team involvement to review the network and its overall bandwidth availability. The following KB articles can be used a guideline to fine tune your network to the point the issue can be prevented from happening:
