This error message can occur due to one of the following:
- The admin account was previously deleted and recreated with the same name and email address. To fix this issue, please log out from admin.sightcall.com, clear the browser cache and cookies for sightcall.com, and re-login to admin.sightcall.com.
- The intended admin account is created on the wrong SightCall tenant. To fix this issue, please contact SightCall Support team and specify the correct SightCall tenant name that the admin account is meant to be created in.
