Pictures are generally recommended to be stored in a media endpoint, which can be configured within the use case. Pictures that are kept 3 days after pushed/uploaded to the SightCall platform are accessible and able to be downloaded in the Save Picture Reports page - https://admin.sightcall.com/save-pictures with a valid admin account.
To easily locate the Save Picture Reports, we recommend you to filter the report using Case Reference, Usecase Name, or Agent login.
