Using picture editing, desktop agents can edit images captured during a SightCall session and saved in the preview gallery. Using this feature, desktop agents can:
- Edit photos captured during or after SightCall sessions
- Provide photo documentation for sessions
- Save edited photos to a configured media endpoint
Pictures in the Preview gallery can be edited and shared with the guest during a call. Pictures can also be edited before being submitted to the configured media endpoint.
Once an image has been submitted to a media endpoint, it can no longer be edited.
While you are using the picture editing feature, you can’t take any new snapshots, share pictures from the gallery, or use co-browsing or screencasting.
Enabling picture editing
Photo annotations must be configured for your use case or scenario. Refer to the Enabling Photo Annotations in SightCall article for instructions.
