The Agent can open a webpage on the Guest’s phone from the console by filling in a URL in the co-browse panel and clicking “Start”
The URL then opens on the Guest’s browser. The Agent does not have remote control of the Guest’s browser but can guide the Guest remotely.
To exit the Co-browsing session the Agent clicks “Stop”.
