For Agents using mobile devices, there's no separate registration process unless a specific branded mobile app is used. The Agent can login to SightCall mobile app using the same login when logging in to Desktop devices.
If you are the admin for your company's account, make sure you've created an agent account for the user.
Requesting a registration link

Download the SightCall app from the App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on your device. Refer to this article: Links to Mobile Apps.
- Open the SightCall app. Approve any permission requests for the microphone, notifications, and camera access. These permissions are required for SightCall sessions.

Select Log in to SightCall to and enter your SightCall Agent user login credentials.
Start Using SightCall
Once you're successfully logged in and the following screen is visible, it now allows you to start video sessions using SightCall.
