For agents using mobile devices, the agent registration process requires you to download the SightCall app, request a link, and then register.
If you are the admin for your company's account, make sure you've created an agent account for the user.
Requesting a registration link
- Download the SightCall app from the App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on your device. Refer to this article: Links to Mobile Apps.
- Open the SightCall app. Approve any permission requests for the microphone, notifications, and camera access. These permissions are required for SightCall sessions.
- Select Log in to SightCall to complete the appropriate field to receive your registration link.
Registering as a SightCall agent
The registration link will be sent to you via email or SMS (depending on how the user was created). Click on the link to automatically register in the App.
Start Using SightCall
You should now be registered, and the following screen should be visible, allowing you to start video sessions using SightCall.
