- The “Use Case” (Classic) or “Call Configuration” (Vision) for the session must have the ‘measurement’ feature enabled. This can be enabled by a SightCall admin.
- Guest mobile device and app requirements:
- This feature requires the guest connected via SightCall's Visual Support mobile app.
- Mobile device support: while iPhones and most modern mobile devices already bundle the AR technologies by default, some Android models may not, therefore requires to install ‘Google Play Services for AR’
- iPhone 6S/SE and above running on iOS 11+ (iPhone 8 and later recommended)
- Android devices with support for ARCore: (see here for more details)

If a guest's Android device do not have ARCore installed, the Agent is notified of the missing requirement and notified that the guest needs to install ARCore.

On the Guest side - the guest is prompted to install the latest ARCore version.
After clicking Continue, a Play Store popup prompts the guest to install the latest version of Google Play Services for AR (formerly "ARCore by Google")
