Follow these steps to uninstall the SightCall plugin from Microsoft Windows or macOS. If you need to install the SightCall plugin, refer to How do I install the SightCall plugin?
- This may not work if your organization is set up for IT to provision software installs, using Admin plugin
Uninstalling the plugin on Windows
To uninstall the plugin on Windows:

Close all browsers that has 'SightCall extension' installed.

Go to Settings > Add/Remove Programs, and look for 'SightCall', uninstall it

Go to File Explorer, go to the path %AppData% and remove the whole 'SightCall' folder if any.
The plugin is now uninstalled from your computer.
If more complication
You may need to run a script here to clean up the system registry (more likely if the plugin is older than 9.0), please refer to this documentation.
Uninstalling the plugin on MacOS
To remove the SightCall plugin from macOS:
- Close all browsers that has 'SightCall extension' installed.
- Open Finder, Go (menu), Goto Folder, Users > [Username] > Applications
- Drag and drop the SightCall.app file into the trash.
The plugin is now uninstalled from your computer.
Install issues or an old plugin
In case you still have a very old plugin (before 9.0) installed or are having issues installing the plugin, try the following:
- Open a Terminal (Terminal.app)
- Run the command:
rm -fr ~/Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/npRTCCplugin.plugin

The plugin is now uninstalled from your computer.
