How do I uninstall the SightCall plugin?

Follow these steps to uninstall the SightCall plugin from Microsoft Windows or macOS. If you need to install the SightCall plugin, refer to How do I install the SightCall plugin?

Uninstalling the plugin on Windows 

To uninstall the plugin on Windows: 

1. Open the Control Panel
2. Open "Programs and Features"
3. Search for "SightCall" (npRTCCplugin for plugins <9.0) and right-click on it
4. Select "Uninstall"
5. If prompted for a confirmation, click "Yes"

The plugin is now uninstalled from your computer.

Uninstalling the plugin on macOS 

To remove the SightCall plugin from macOS:

1. Make sure your Finder Preferences > Sidebar has your username checked. 
2. Open Finder and go to ../Users/YourUserName/Applications.
   
3. Drag and drop the SightCall.app file into the trash.

The plugin is now uninstalled from your computer.

Install issues or an old plugin

In case you still have the old plugin installed or are having issues installing the plugin, try the following:

1. Open a Terminal (Terminal.app)
2. Run the command: 

rm -fr ~/Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/npRTCCplugin.plugin

The plugin is now uninstalled from your computer.
