If you would like to setup a regular export of your call or case reports, we offer the possibility of receiving the weekly (on Mondays) or Monthly (first day of the following month) exports to a media-endpoint of your choice.
1. Setup a media endpoint

Note: For an "email" type media-endpoint, please be sure to setup a separate one where an email is set and not the "{agent_email}" variable
2. Setup a weekly or monthly export
Navigate to https://admin.sightcall.com/setup
Then click on "Setup" under the relevant (call or case report) export section:
Use the relevant checkbox to program the export to the correct media endpoint and frequency selected.
Optional: Change the name of the filename sent
