The Visual Support app and the SightCall app for Android have been updated to version 5.0. This update corrects several issues.
As of April 2022, minimum support will be updated from Android version 4.4 to 5. For more information, refer to this article.

Android devices now have higher volume when using the device’s speaker when connected to a session using the No-App Experience and/or WebRTC.

Streamlined the No-App Experience for better performance. Updated the gallery to use photo media and removed the video player option.

During Screencast using the Visual Support app on an Android 12 device, the Guest cannot open any other app on the mobile device. This issue has been fixed.

Improved camera performance when using the camera during multiparty sessions, sharing gallery images, switching cameras, and when activating/deactivating the camera.

Corrected an issue that prevented a Guest from receiving a GPS authorization prompt at the start of a session using a scenario with mandatory GPS picture watermark.
