Visual Support has been updated in version 5.6.0 (full-blown app and App Clip).

Our latest release delivers a combination of improvements, bug fixes, and new features across SightCall Classic and SightCall VISION.

AR Smart Measure

AR measurement accuracy has been improved, ensuring more reliable documentation of measurements during live support. With the improved AR Smart measure, your device will better maintain tracking of the 3D space, making it easier to place a point and take a measurement on a vertical plane.  

Best practices for Measure

To obtain accurate measurements, it is important to meet several conditions:

  • Good lighting conditions
  • Move slowly
  • Turn around the points to check that they are on the right plane
  • If necessary, turn around the spot where the point is to be placed, approaching from a distance of 40-60cm
  • Well-defined surfaces (avoid flat colors) without too many reflections
  • Use a phone with a good-quality photo sensor (or, better still, with LIDAR)

 

 

Screencast with Picture in Picture

During screencast, if a camera is activated, you can now see your video feedback in Picture in Picture. This improves your experience and privacy.

Real-Time Voice-to-Text Translations

Agents and guests now benefit from natural, real-time multilingual translations in over 100 languages during remote visual support sessions.

Our live translation feature is now able to provide translation on the go. No more pause and talk, you will have natural and fluent conversations.
