Snap feature can be enabled in a new or existing “Call Routing”:
- Select the proper Call configuration rule, which dictates the session experience/features for agent, guest, and attendees.
- Select the proper Message Template rule, which dictates the ‘live’ SightCall session’s invitation message sent to guest.
- You can create a new one or use the pre-built localized templates.
- When the tenant is enabled with Snap, there is a new ‘Snap Message Template’ option to configure the guest invite message for Snap sessions
- You can either select the prebuilt templates, or create your own via Admin Portal > Setup > Message Templates > “Add New Template”

- Guest Experience points to a guest console configured by SightCall staff.
- In the Call Configuration, there are two options for Snap to be sent to media endpoint:
- Activities Management → Media Endpoints (Vision V3 only), you can select a configured media endpoint to enable the Snap activities to be automatically pushed to media endpoint storage as soon as they are uploaded!
- PDF report: selecting this means the Snap uploaded activities and other activities captured during the live session can be selected and sent as PDF reports when agent select 'Submit' and 'Generate Report' in the Activity review page.
- The captured media via Snap or via Live sessions are all visible in the same Meeting Report > Activities section
- Activities Management → Media Endpoints (Vision V3 only), you can select a configured media endpoint to enable the Snap activities to be automatically pushed to media endpoint storage as soon as they are uploaded!
