The Visual Support app and the SightCall app for Android have been updated to version 4.9.0. This update corrects several issues.

Improvements to the No-App Experience. This feature is currently available as a beta release. The known issue is:

Audio output only works with headsets and the device’s earpiece. The device’s main speaker is not available during a No-App Experience session.

Fixed an issue that caused a reconnection message to appear and flash to agent and guest during a SigthCall session. The agent subsequently lost control of the session and was unable to disconnect from the session. This issue happened between a mobile agent using the SightCall app and a guest connected via WebRTC.
