The Visual Support app and the SightCall app for Android have been updated to version 4.8.0. This update corrects several issues.
Updates in this version
- Mobile Agent Contact list app on Android 11 – Corrected an issue that caused the phone contacts list to not open when selecting recipients to invite to a visual support session.
- Mobile Guest Audio could not use speaker mode – Fixed an issue where a mobile guest could only use headset mode when connected to a support session using the No App Experience. Mobile guests can now select a headset or speaker.
- Exiting agent or guest gallery share turns off agent video – The Agent video correctly remains as selected during a session. The Agent video incorrectly turned on when a share gallery or media mode was exited. This has been fixed.
- Using Snapshot and Display disables the guest camera – The guest’s camera now correctly remains available during a session when the guest camera is active and a snapshot is taken.
