The last step to enabling SightCall for Zendesk is to register your SightCall package on https://zendesk.sightcall.com. In the previous steps in this process, you have collected the information needed to register the SightCal package.
In this procedure, you will complete the registration process. Once this step is finished, the SightCall app in Zendesk will be activated.

Extended reporting and automatic connections
When you register your SightCall for Zendesk package, you can also select to Use Webhooks and to have an Automatic Connection.
- Use Webhooks enables Zendesk to use SightCall data for reporting and dashboards.
- Automatic Connection lets you choose whether the SightCall for Zendesk widget automatically (selected) or manually (unselected) connects to the SightCall service.
These options can be enabled or disabled post-registration by editing your SightCall for Zendesk package.
Register the package
To register and enable the SightCall for Zendesk package:
- Open https://zendesk.sightcall.com
- Select Register your package on the left navigation.
- Add your SightCall API key in the API Key field.
- Enter the Client Secret into the Oauth Secret line.
- Enter the Zendesk domain.

(Optional) Select Use Webhooks to enable extended reporting in Zendesk using data from SightCall.
- (Optional) Select Automatic Connection to have the SightCall for Zendesk widget automatically connect.
- Select Submit.
