SightCall for Zendesk lets you integrate SightCall features into your Zendesk instance.
To use SightCall in Zendesk, you need to request an activation for your package.
- Fill in this form to request activation: Request activation of your SightCall package.
- A SightCall representative will contact you shortly and will create a SightCall tenant and an admin account for your company so you can access https://admin.sightcall.com
Once your package has been activated, you will need to complete the set up process for the package. Refer to SightCall for Zendesk for details.
