If you're an agent using the SightCall app and your guest clicks on the invite link you sent but the call does not start, then applying the following steps may help to resolve the issue:
- Log out from the SightCall app.
- Re-register your mobile device.
- Make sure the SightCall app has all the required permissions in iOS settings or Android settings.
- Make sure there is no security/VPN software installed on the mobile agent device. If security software is installed, try to uninstall or disable it.
- Verify the internet connection on the mobile device.
