In order to finalize your Salesforce configuration, you will need to enable the SightCall Widget in the relevant App.
- Go to Setup
- Then search and navigate to "App Manager"
- Find the App where you would like to enable SightCall (typically "Service Cloud") and select "Edit"
- Go to "Utility Items (Desktop Only)", click on "Add Utility Item" and select "SightCallUtilityWidget"
- Make sure to select "Start automatically" in the properties before saving the configuration.
