Note: The person performing these actions needs to have both an Admin account in Salesforce and and Admin account in the relevant SightCall Tenant.
1. Login to admin.sightcall.com in the Tenant that you wish to connect with Salesforce
2. Click on "Integrations"
3. Once you're in the Services portal, click on the "+" under "Integrations:
4. Select the "Salesforce" Integration:
5.Fill in the information with the relevant information, including your salesforce domain
6. Hit "Save" at the bottom of the page, and you will be redirected to your Salesforce domain to Allow Access to SightCall:
Hit "Allow" and then you should be all set to follow the rest of the steps needed to Install Salesforce
