To use SightCall in Salesforce, you need to request an activation for your package.
- Fill in this form to request activation: Request activation of your SightCall package.
- A SightCall representative will contact you shortly and will create a SightCall tenant and an admin for your company so you can access https://admin.sightcall.com
- Using the SightCall API Key associated to your SightCall tenant and your Salesforce domain, you can now activate your package via Register your package. You can also activate Omni-Channel by adding the Product ID when you register your package.
- Finally, add the SightCall component to the relevant Salesforce App.
