If you're using iOS mobile device, receive an SMS or Email to connect to SightCall session and you click the SightCall invitation link in the SMS / Email to connect to the call session, there is a chance that you may encounter some issue in connecting to SightCall session if your iOS mobile device default browser is not set to Safari.
To avoid this problem, you can apply the following steps to reset the default browser back to Safari and then retry clicking the SightCall invitation link:
- From your iOS Device Home Menu > Settings > Safari > Default Browser App
- Click on Safari.
