The following documentation provides all the steps necessary to enable SightCall Vision Console (V3) for Microsoft Dynamics.
It’s a 3 steps process:
Prerequisites:
Full Access to the SightCall Admin Portal for the tenant(s) you wish to activate against an installation of the SightCall for Microsoft Dynamics.
Administrator access to the Dynamics instance(s).
Administrator access to the Azure Portal to create the relevant Azure enterprise application.
Install or upgrade the SigthCall widget for MS Dynamics
Until the new package is available on the Microsoft store, use the following manual installation procedure.
Manual import of the solution
The SightCall package can be installed as “Managed” or “Unmanaged” solution. This configuration depends on your setup. SightCall can provide both depending on your requirements.
Contact SightCall to get the SightCall for Dynamics zipped package. Please indicate if you need a “Managed” or “Unmanaged” version.

Import the solution
Click Import solution in the top action bar.
Select the .zip file provided by SightCall.
Follow the import wizard and validate.
Add the SightCall widget to a Dynamics entity layout
Currently, only “Incidents”/”Cases” entities are supported. Support for more entity types will be added later.
Connect to https://make.powerapps.com/
Go to Apps

Select to App you want to deploy SightCall into.
In the below example we’ll use an app named “Field Service - V3”
You’ll get to the App layout configuration with all pages.

Edit the Cases Form

On the side-panel on the right, choose: On Load / + Event Handler
Click on + Add library and search for sightcall_vision_v3
Library: sc_sightcall_vision_v3_js
Function: sc_openVisionV3SidePane
Enabled
Pass execution context as first parameter

Press Done
Save and publish (top-right)
Pair your SightCall tenant with the Dynamics org
Prepare Authentication parameters
For the pairing between your Dynamics Org and your SightCall tenant, you’ll need to collect 3 parameters:
Tenant ID
Client ID
Client Secret
Tenant ID
Connect to https://entra.microsoft.com

App registrations

Name: SightCall Vision
Supported account type: Single tenant only

Once your new app is registered you get to the following overview page listing Application (client) ID:
Copy your Client ID from this page.
Client Secret
From the Application you’ve just created, go to Certificates & secrets and click on the Client secrets tab

Description: SightCall Vision
Expires: 730 days (24 months)

Copy the value of your newly created secret, this is your Client Secret.
Configuring the Integration
Connect to the Admin Portal of your SightCall tenant

Go to Setup / Integrations
If the menu is not visible, use the following URL: https://admin.sightcall.com/integrations

+ Add a Dynamics integration

Fill-in the required fields:
Tenant ID: Paste the Tenant ID you’ve copied from previous step.
Client ID: Paste the Client ID you’ve copied from previous step.
Client Secret: Paste the Client Secret you’ve copied from previous step.

Test the integration

In Dynamics, choose the App you’ve modified (in our example: “Field Service - V3”)
Go to Cases and choose one Case

The Case opens with the SightCall Vision panel available on the right, ready to start a SightCall Session.
