The last step to enabling SightCall for ServiceNow is to register your SightCall package on https://servicenow.sightcall.com. In the previous steps in this process, you have collected the information needed to register the SightCal package.
In this procedure, you will complete the registration process. Once this step is finished, the SightCall widget will be activated.

Registering the package
When you register your package, you have the option to use the Workspace Agent. Selecting this option enables the new improved widget that is accessible in the workspace agent section of ServiceNow. Also, when selected, SightCall has better options for authentication to post pictures and reports in the ServiceNow objects.
To register and enable the SightCall for ServiceNow package:
- Open https://servicenow.sightcall.com
- Select Register your package on the left navigation.
- Select Use Workspace Agent (optional, recommended).
- Add your SightCall API key in the API Key field.
- Enter the Client ID in Oauth client ID line.
- Enter the Client Secret into the Oauth client secret line.
- Enter the ServiceNow domain.
- Select Submit.
