One of the key assets of Smart glasses is the fact that you can connect to an expert, enabling you to share what you see with your smartglasses and therefore receive immediate, accurate assistance from an expert. This type of technology binds totally with SightCall's visual Assistance.

For Realware, we can use RW Explorer on laptop in order to install the APK or to display the view of the glasses.
We recommend using a QR code generator as part of your usecase setup, this will enable your agent to send a QR code by email to the person requiring Visual Assistance, which can be scanned with the glasses in order to start a call.
