When there is an issue with SightCall plugin crash / call sudden disconnection on the Agent side, it will generate a CoreDump automatically, in which case you will need to go retrieve it in order to provide it to SightCall Support. Here are the locations where you can find these coredumps:
On Windows:
For Standard plugins, it's located in:
C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\SightCall\
For Admin plugins, it's located in:
C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents
Note:
- "xxxxx" is your username.
- If you do not see the "AppData" folder in your user folder, you can activate the setting to View Hidden Items to see it.

Navigate to the SightCall.app installation:
Users/xxxxx/Applications/SightCall.app/
Then right-click on SightCall.app and select "Show Package Contents"
Then navigate to /Contents/Resources/Conf/
