When there is an issue with SightCall plugin, it will generate a CoreDump automatically, in which case you will need to go retrieve it in order to provide it to SightCall Support.
Here are the locations where you can find these coredumps:
Chrome / Firefox / IE non protected:
Internet Explorer protected mode:
C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Virtualized\C\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\npRTCCplugin
Chrome / Firefox:
Note that "Library" is a hidden folder by default, and to open npRTCCplugin.plugin you will have to right click and select "Show Package Contents"
