When there is an issue with SightCall plugin, it will generate a CoreDump automatically, in which case you will need to go retrieve it in order to provide it to SightCall Support.
Here are the locations where you can find these coredumps:
On Windows:
Note: if you do not see the "AppData" folder in your user folder, you can activate the setting to View Hidden Items to see it.
Or you can put in %AppData% in your path to get to AppData

Navigate to the SightCall.app installation:
Users/xxxxx/Applications/SightCall.app/
Then right-click on SightCall.app and select "Show Package Contents"
Then navigate to /Contents/Resources/Conf/
The full path being:
/Users/xxxxx/Applications/SightCall.app/Contents/Resources/Conf
Where "xxxxx" is your username
