Release 26.18 brings improvements to SightCall Xpert Knowledge that make it easier to find tutorials by review status, see where contributions come from, and open the resulting tutorials from Contributions.
Release deployment: October 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM CET.
Before you start
- Xpert Knowledge must be enabled for your tenant.
- These features are for Agents and Admins who have access to Xpert Knowledge. Access depends on your tenant and role, so some users may not see these changes.
Filter tutorials by Generated or Reviewed status
- Filter the Knowledge Base tutorial table to show Generated or Reviewed tutorials. You can pick one status at a time. Clear your selection to see all tutorials again.
- Combine the status filter with keyword search to narrow your results.
- The page URL saves your status filter, so it stays in place when you refresh the page or use your browser's back and forward buttons.
Note: Status filtering and keyword search apply to the Knowledge Base tutorial table only. Your pinned tutorial carousel is not filtered.
Clearer Succeeded rows in Contributions
- In Contributions, Succeeded rows now show more clearly that you can open the resulting tutorial. A Succeeded contribution means a tutorial was created or updated.
- When you open a tutorial from Contributions, you stay in VISION Console. It no longer opens in a separate browser tab.
Contribution source identifiers in the API
Where applicable, API contribution records now include a source identifier:
video_upload_idfor contributions from uploaded contentmeeting_report_idfor SightCall Remote Visual Support contributions
Published API documentation for tutorial contributions
Documentation for GET /v3/tutorialContributions is now available in the public OpenAPI reference. This is a documentation update only. It does not change how the API works.
