Agent enabled with Snap feature enabled will see an option to ‘Enable Snap’ in the SightCall Console. The agent can set the ‘Start time’ and ‘Duration’ of the live session
This will immediately send the invite to guest with a URL to open the Snap session to upload media. Currently the feature only allows uploading up to 10 photos. Videos and files support are coming soon.
The guest can use this URL console to upload up to 5 minutes before the sesssion scheduled start time. After that the URL will redirect the guest to join the SightCall live session.
After the upload is done, the guest see the visual cue of ‘checkmark’ for the Snap upload, and can tap them to view the uploads.
When guest uploaded anything, the agent will get a visual cue notification and can already access and review the upload
Before a live session, the agent can review, comment, and submit the uploads to generate a PDF report! Multiple submissions are supported, with newly added uploads selected by default.
When the ‘live’ session takes place, agent and guest can meet and discuss the uploaded media, and capture additional media if needed!
At the end of the call, the agent console shows the list of activities to select which captured media are to be included in the post-session PDF report – these will follow the existing configuration to be sent via email or storage.
There are timestamps (left most column) so it’s easy to see which ones were captured before session (via Snap) and which ones are during session
