For customers who enforce network restrictions by IP ranges, should allow outbound access to the following ranges.
Amazon Web Services Infrastructure
As of April 2026 - SightCall services are hosted using a combination of SightCall infrastructure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the following regions/zones:
SightCall Core platform
- 162.252.232.0/22
SightCall Recording platform
- eu-west-1 (Ireland)
- eu-west-3 (Paris)
- us-east-1 (N. Virginia)
SightCall AI Platform
- eu-west-3 (Paris)
- us-east-1 (N. Virginia)
Outbound access to these regions must be setup, referencing the official AWS IP ranges (maintained by Amazon that may change over time):
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/userguide/aws-ip-ranges.html
Customers should ensure their firewall or network policies allow access to the AWS ranges associated with the regions listed above.
Real-Time Platforms
As of April 2026 - SightCall real-time communication platforms will also be migrated fully to AWS, which is hosted on a separate set of AWS infrastructure / regoions. To make it simpler, we are providing the network configurations in attached JSON file to help network configuration easier.
These IPs may need to be explicitly allowed in environments with strict firewall rules.
Important:
This list may change at any time as it is managed by AWS.
AWS CloudFront (Content Delivery)
The SightCall Core platform uses AWS CloudFront as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to cache and distribute static resources (such as web assets and application resources) closer to end users.
Customers with restrictive network policies must ensure that AWS CloudFront edge locations are accessible from their networks.
The list of CloudFront edge server locations is maintained by AWS and may change over time. The latest list is available here:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/LocationsOfEdgeServers.html
Because CloudFront uses a globally distributed infrastructure, customers should allow access to CloudFront edge servers globally, rather than attempting to restrict access to specific IP addresses or regions.
To test access to the SightCall CDN from your location, you may download this test image:

Important Note on Media Delivery
When SightCall pushes media (e.g. pictures, recordings, or AI-generated assets) to customer endpoints, the source IP address may come from both:
- The SightCall global range (162.252.232.0/22), or
- The AWS ranges associated with the regions listed above.
Customers should ensure that systems receiving media from SightCall allow inbound connections from these ranges.
