Once you're logged in to admin.sightcall.com (or admin-us.sightcall.com), on the lower right corner there's a 'Support' button
The chat bot may provide some tips and hints on potential solutions, but you can click on 'Get in touch' then 'Leave a message' to open the support ticket form:

If you are logged in from Help Center ( support.sightcall.com/hc ) there is a Submit a Request link in the upper right corner.
This will open up a form to submit a support request:
Once you’ve submitted your request, you can see the status and the updates made directly on this page. Any previous tickets are listed here.
