All admin user roles have access to the Resources and Documentation and can open Support Requests, otherwise, this is how roles are currently setup:
- Admin: This user is a Super Admin
- Full: Access to everything
- Full Access Read: Access to everything in Read Only
- Provisioning: Analytics role + Create and Delete Users + Assign use case to Users
- Analytics: Read-only Analytics and Reports
- Support: Limited to Resources & Documentations
- Communications: Only for email notifications about Operations, Security or Product Updates (configurable per user)
Super admins are able to create admin accounts and view information about the tenant. For more information, see the Super Admins article.
