When a call is recorded, the video feed has to be processed on our servers before it is made available in the Admin Portal or uploaded to whichever endpoint you have setup.
This process is resource intensive, depending on the size of the video, it may take up to a few hours to transcode and upload. If it's not available after a few hours, you can contact us and we will investigate.
Note that we can either keep recordings for 3 days after they have been transcoded, or delete them as soon as they are uploaded to the selected endpoint. If we are unable to upload them, we will also keep for 3 days by default.
